The sales representative will build relationships with community organizations, condo associations and property management groups of apartment buildings with 50+ units within our serviceable footprint.Cultivate individual sales through relationship building and maintaining a bi-weekly sales quotaObtain new customers in a multifamily residential environment through professional, face-to-face interaction with residents, property management groups, and other referral sourcesAggressively pursue any leads provided dailyUnderstand every unique element of assigned properties within portfolioDistribute marketing material, facilitate strategic marketing campaigns, build Astound brand awarenessManage new building on-boarding process to drive subscriptions and drive penetration. The base pay range represents the low and high end of the hiring range for this job. Actual pay will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to relevant skills, geographical area, experience, and capabilities.Commission component: Targeted commissions at full attainment are $56,940 annually.
