Location: Covent Garden, London Hours Full time, permanent Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week (shift patterns between 7am and 6pm) Work from home x2 days a week Enjoy reduced hours during school holidays Role Overview We are seeking a proven and experienced Education Recruitment Consultant to join our dynamic team in our central London office, situated between Charing Cross and Covent Garden. In this role, you will be responsible for attracting and recruiting exceptional teaching professionals and support staff for educational institutions across your assigned area, whilst using your strong business development skills to attract new business and further develop existing relationships. If you have the passion for education and the drive to succeed, we want you on our team! Responsibilities Develop and manage strong relationships with both schools and candidates. Utilise a variety of recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent within the education sector. Interview and screen potential candidates to match their skills and aspirations with suitable positions. Provide exceptional client service, working to understand the exact needs of schools and offering tailored recruitment solutions. Work to specific targets and KPIs, with the focus on placing quality candidates and building a sustainable talent pipeline. Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of the education sector, including current trends, challenges, and opportunities. Attend networking events, career fairs, and school functions to increase brand awareness and candidate attraction. Advise both clients and candidates on industry standards, salary levels, and career opportunities. Ensure compliance with all legal, regulatory, and ethical standards within the education and recruitment industries. Utilise our CRM system to manage candidate data, client information, and track all stages of the recruitment process.
