Property Manager

Our client is an industry leader, privately-held full service commercial real estate development management and asset services organization. They are seeking a bright, talented, polished professional to join their best-in-class property management team in the Washington, DC metro area. The region operates as an autonomous business unit and has an impressive list of transactions and accomplishments both regionally and nationally. Position Reporting to the Senior Vice President, this person will be responsible for maximizing the operational and financial performance of the assets through strategic and active daily management. Specific duties include preparation of annual building budgets (expense and revenue), preparation/presentation of variance analysis, lease administration, and providing the highest level of customer service to tenants and clients. This person will also maintain a keen and detailed understanding of each asset while overseeing a team of an Assistant Property Manager and the engineering staff. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree required. Minimum of 3-5 years of property management experience, preferably with Class A/B office assets. Strong financial skills needed, knowledge of excel required. The person should have the ability to provide solutions in a positive, constructive manner while gaining the confidence and support of others. Proactive, self-starter with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Excellent customer service with a strong attention to detail.
