Описание: Привет, будущий участник команды! Мы — Mastermind, рекламное агентство - BTL/Promo с оборотом 200 млн в год. Мы делаем проекты для федеральных гигантов, таких как Магнит, Чижик, Burger King, Tele2 и др. и растем кратными темпами. Наша цель сейчас — масштабирование. И для этого нам нужен сильный лидер, который заберет на себя продажи, тендеры и построит из отдела предсказуемую, прозрачную машину, генеририрующую прибыль. Нам нужен партнер, который скажет: "Я понял цель, я выстроил систему, вот дашборд — смотри, как растут цифры". Задачи: Построить систему продаж и выигрыша тендеров, которая обеспечит приток новых контрактов, при строгом соблюдении плановой рентабельности. Наладить процесс от поиска релевантных тендеров до их победы. Сумма сделок на этапе проработки всегда должна превышать план в 3 раза. Мы не продаем "оборот ради оборота". Твоя задача — жестко контролировать внутренние сметы. Продавать проекты с заданной рентабельностью. Взять под жесткий контроль все инструменты продаж. Провести аудит и сделать так, чтобы 100% наших презентаций, кейсов и шаблонов смет были самыми свежими, крутыми и обязательными к использованию для всех. Исключить ситуации "продали невыполнимое". 100% проектов должны уходить в Отдел Реализации с идеальными брифами и сметами, без конфликтов и убытков на этапе старта. Выстроить систему разбора ВСЕХ крупных проигранных тендеров. Мы должны точно знать, почему мы проиграли, понимать требования топов рынка и быстро менять стратегию. Внедрить ключевые дашборды. Навести порядок в CRM и планерках. Требования: У тебя есть реальные, подтвержденные кейсы выигранных крупных тендеров в нашей сфере. Ты стратег победы, а не просто "сборщик документов по ФЗ". Ты знаешь, как устроены закупки ТОП-100 рекламного рынка РФ. Вхождение в закрытые пулы крупнейших заказчиков для тебя — не удача, а понятный и отработанный алгоритм. Ты не терпишь хаоса. Твои процессы задокументированы, CRM ведется идеально, метрики - CPL, Win Rate, LTV для тебя — рабочий инструмент. Ты легко откажешься от крупного контракта, если увидишь, что он принесет компании убытки. Ты не принимаешь оправдания за сорванные дедлайны. Ты управляешь через KPI и ответственность. Условия: Полная удаленка. Работай откуда хочешь, главное — зеленые показатели в дашборде. Фикс + KPI. бюджеты и команда График работы: 5/2, 8 часов в день. Прямой доступ к Владельцу. У тебя будут все полномочия для перестройки процессов внутри твоего отдела.
