Human Resources Manager

Location 10501 GRAVOIS RD,ST LOUIS, MO, 63123-1808,United States Employee Type Full Time Exempt Description The Human Resources Manager will manage and help execute all functions of HR. This includes but is not limited to payroll, employee benefits, employee relations, recruiting & onboarding, performance management, and team engagement. The person in this role has experience in and is comfortable with developing programs and systems and has a deep understanding of HR best practices and the ability to drive HR initiatives that increase engagement and retention across our entire team. This position will work collaboratively with all department leaders at Grant’s Farm to ensure a great guest and team member experience. Monitor and ensure the organization's compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and recommended best practices; reviews and modifies policies and practices to maintain compliance. Administer human resource programs including, but not limited to, payroll, benefits, and leave; disciplinary matters; disputes and investigations; performance and talent management; productivity, recognition, and morale; occupational health and safety; and training and development. Work with department leaders to Identify staffing and recruiting needs; develop and execute best practices for hiring and talent management. Lead full-cycle recruitment efforts for full-time, part-time, and seasonal team members. Serve as an advisor to managers and leaders on employee relations, performance management, and workforce challenges Lead recognition programs and initiatives that enhance employee engagement Manage employee relations matters, conduct investigations and resolving workplace concerns. Maintain employee records and HR systems with accuracy and confidentiality. Conduct new hire onboarding and orientation Collaborate with senior leaders to contribute to our safety awareness program Manage, track, and report all workers comp claims accordingly.
