Responsibilities

• Strategic Intake & Collaboration: Partner directly with C-Suite and department leaders to define talent needs, building tailored job specifications and compelling postings that attract top-tier candidates.
• Full-Cycle Talent Acquisition: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from conducting initial screenings and in-depth cultural assessments to presenting qualified shortlists and extending final offers.
• Proactive Sourcing & Pipeline Management: Deploy both traditional and innovative sourcing strategies to engage active and passive talent, cultivating a robust pipeline for roles ranging from individual contributors to executives.
• Candidate Experience Advocacy: Serve as the primary, high-touch point of contact for candidates to ensure a seamless interview experience, while supporting the People & Culture team with onboarding and special initiatives.
• HR Tech Optimization: Fully leverage the recruiting tech stack-including Paycor, Assessments, and LinkedIn Recruiter to optimize sourcing efficiency and data-driven hiring decisions.
