Position: Davis Wire is currently seeking Production Workers for our Kent, WA location. These roles have the responsibility to produce and create the many products that the company offers. Responsibilities: Operate machinery to draw, coil, and produce various types of wire and wire products Work with co-workers, supervisors and maintenance to troubleshoot issues with machines or material Maintain a clean work environment Be compliant with all safety regulations Read, understand and follow production schedule Qualifications: Must be able to lift/carry at least 75 lbs and push/pull 100 lbs safely Must have reliable transportation and attendance Must be able to become certified and operate a forklift safely Must be able to pass pre-employment background, drug/alcohol, and physical screenings Must be at least 18 years old – due to work environment Job Type: Full Time Benefits: Medical Dental Vision Health Savings Account Dependent Care FSA Company Paid Base Life Insurance Life and AD&D Insurance EAP 401(k) – through the Teamsters Union Pension – through the Teamsters Union 9 Paid Holidays Paid vacation & sick time Schedule: 12 Days on/2 days off 1st shift – 7:00am-3:30pm or 2nd shift – 3:00pm-11:30pm or 3rd shift – 11:00pm-7:30am Pay and other information: $23.00+/per hour with the opportunity to earn up to an additional $6 per hour in incentive pay depending on position.
