Work Environment\n

The LPC role is primarily remote, allowing the flexibility to provide care from the comfort of your own home. Our virtual health facility supports various connectivity and management tools to ensure seamless communication with clients and team members. We cater to a diverse client population, offering services from 7 AM to 10 PM, seven days a week. This flexibility allows counselors to tailor their schedules while maintaining work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to understand clients' needs and formulate tailored therapeutic strategies.

• Provide individualized therapy, utilizing evidence-based practices to deliver group, family, couples, and individual psychotherapy.

• Implement diverse therapeutic techniques, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused therapy, adapting these methods to meet client-specific goals.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care for clients, participating in regular meetings and case discussions.

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with state regulations and ethical standards.

• Engage in ongoing professional development, including workshops and conferences, to stay updated with the latest mental health research and trends.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This position entails working with a broad spectrum of clients, from children and adolescents to adults, who may be facing issues related to anxiety, depression, trauma, substance use, and relationship difficulties. The LPC will tailor their approach to meet the unique needs of each individual, utilizing a client-centered focus to promote effective therapeutic outcomes.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Possession of an active and unrestricted LPC license in the state of Pennsylvania.
