Required Skills & Experience

2+ years of shipping and receiving experience, preferably in an IT, technology, or logistics environment

Experience maintaining inventory records and tracking assets with a high degree of accuracy

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Ability to manage multiple priorities and perform repetitive tasks reliably

Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Basic break/fix experience supporting laptops, desktops, monitors, and peripherals

Experience troubleshooting hardware issues and performing equipment replacements/swaps in an enterprise environment

Job Description

This role supports the IT Client Deployment team by managing the shipping, receiving, tracking, and inventory of end-user technology equipment. Responsibilities include shipping IT hardware to remote users and offices, reclaiming equipment from terminated employees, maintaining accurate inventory records, imaging and preparing workstations for deployment, and ensuring stockroom inventory is organized and properly stocked. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and dependable, with strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Exposure to basic hardware troubleshooting and equipment swaps is a plus.
