Bilingual Scheduling Legal Assistant

$16 per hour

Genesis Technical Staffing, Inc.

Genesis is currently seeking a Bilingual Scheduling Legal Assistant for a personal injury attorney in North Houston. Due to their clientele, only bilingual (fluent Spanish & English candidates will be considered.

Pay Rate: $16/HR with no previous litigation experience; $17/HR with relevant experience
Work Schedule: Monday - Friday 8 AM - 5 PM

The Scheduling Assistant will be responsible for the following:

Saving correspondences to their appropriate places/folders
Schedule mediation appointments
Make calls to the court for hearings
Give clients updates on cases
Calendaring items/dates
Be able to multitask
Be a team player
Must be punctual
Have a positive attitude
Must have great customer service skills and attitude
Bilingual - speaking both Spanish and English fluently
Be attentive to detail
Must be organized
Must be able to prioritize tasks/deadlines
Must be able to work well under pressure
Must have excellent communication skills
Must be reliable and have regular attendance
Familiar with Gmail, Microsoft Office and Adobe
Must be able to work 8 am-5 pm Monday through Friday
