Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN): Preferred
• Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of practice: Required
• Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification or Basic Life Support (BLS) certification: Required
• AHA-ACLS or ARC-ALS certification: Required
• AHA-PALS or ARC-PALS certification: Required
• At least two years recent experience in the field: Required
• Current BLS certification: Required

Responsibilities

• Deliver coordinated nursing care for assigned patients based on established standards.
• Supervise and direct nursing staff and coordinate patient care with other disciplines.
• Collect and analyze relevant patient data to inform diagnosis and care planning.
• Implement care plans and evaluate the effectiveness of interventions.
• Collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare providers to ensure safe and effective care.
• Participate in discharge planning to facilitate continuity of care.
