Event Manager — Gig / Per-Event
Cülinary Expréss is looking for experienced Event Managers to join our event operations team on a gig-by-gig basis . The Role
You’ll be responsible for managing the execution of assigned events from setup through breakdown, serving as the primary point of contact for staff, vendors, and clients.
Responsibilities- Lead event setup, service, and breakdown
- Coordinate staff and vendors on-site
- Keep the event running according to the timeline and BEO
- Communicate with the client and resolve issues as they arise
- Ensure service, presentation, and guest experience meet expectations
- Complete post-event wrap-up
- Previous event management, catering, hospitality, or restaurant management experience
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Comfortable leading a team in a fast-paced environment
- Professional, reliable, and solutions-oriented
- Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed
Position: Event Manager

Location: NYC / Greater NYC Area
Compensation: Per-event rate based on event scope and experience
