A transportation company is seeking a Logistics / Operations Coordinator to join our team. Requirements Fluent in both English and Mandarin(speaking, reading, and writing) Previous experience in transportation, logistics, dispatch, or fleet operations preferred Strong communication and problem-solving skills Able to communicate professionally with insurance companies, rental car companies, police departments, and roadside assistance providers Responsible, organized, and able to handle emergency situations calmly Familiar with basic office and computer operations Job Responsibilities Handle vehicle insurance matters and claims Coordinate with rental car companies Arrange roadside assistance and emergency support remotely Communicate with police and related agencies when needed Assist with fleet and operational support Maintain records and follow up on ongoing cases Schedule Monday – Friday, daytime shift #J-18808-Ljbffr 80s Express Inc
