Full-time Salary: $150,000 to $185,000 Schedule: Monday through Friday All correspondence will come directly from Imperial Dade and not a personal email address. You will: * Support the development of the annual operating plan; manage annual budgets, KPI targets, weekly performance reviews, and operational adjustments. * Lead safety, security, and regulatory compliance initiatives for inspections required by all Federal, State, and local guidelines; host local, state, and federal inspections, including DOT, OSHA, FDA, and DEP. * Partner with Branch Managers and Regional leadership to resolve customer and vendor service issues. * Collaborate with the Sales team to align products and services with customer needs. * Mentor and develop team members through coaching, performance management, and career development planning. * Ensure coaching and corrective actions are conducted in accordance with company policies and procedures. You have: * 10+ years of progressive operations or warehouse management experience, including 5+ years in a leadership role with large teams or multi-site responsibility. * Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, business administration, logistics, or equivalent experience is required. * Strong experience with WM and ERP systems, and business tools (Microsoft Office and BI platforms). * Experience with process improvement or Six Sigma Certification is a big plus. * Union environment experience is strongly preferred. * Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
