Location: Jackson, Michigan | Job Type: Contract | Salary: $66.42 - 71.42 per hour | Work Hours: 8am to 5pm | Education: Bachelors Responsibilities Define project scope, prepare and manage schedules and budgets, allocate resources, and mitigate risks for power plant projects ranging from $100K to $10M to prevent cost overruns. Lead team members by example under strict code of conduct guidelines, ensuring everyone understands their responsibilities and maintaining high-quality work and materials. Partner with EPM support groups (engineering, scheduling, cost controls, construction, testing) and external Architect/Engineering firms to ensure proper alignment and timely project outcomes. Maintain a highly positive customer interface to address safety, quality, schedule, and cost issues while effectively communicating project progression to management. Utilize project management methodologies to quickly solve problems, resolve conflicts, and deliver appropriate project presentations when required.
