Responsible for defining project scope, schedule, budget, resources, risk mitigation, quality, and communication to ensure safe, on‑time, and on‑budget delivery. Serves as the primary customer interface and leads project teams by example, coordinating closely with engineering, construction, scheduling, cost controls, and startup/testing teams, as well as external A/E firms. Presents project updates as needed. Requires up to 25% travel within Michigan and a flexible 40–50 hour workweek. Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree required. Applied engineering and project management experience in heavy industrial or power plant environments required; generating plant and retrofit project experience preferred. Strong leadership, organization, communication, and problem‑solving skills. PMP certification preferred (or required within 3 years).
