EPC Project Manager

The Principal Project Development Manager leverages extensive and diverse knowledge of management principles and practices across various assignments and related fields. This role involves making independent decisions on large, highly complex commercial issues and methods, and representing the business in negotiating and resolving important strategic business decisions. The position requires the application of advanced techniques and the modification or extension of theories and practices within the field. The manager will interpret, organize, and execute highly advanced and complex strategic assignments that pose significant risks to the business. This role is responsible for supporting and/or overseeing multiple large projects or programs simultaneously, with high complexity and strategic acquisitions typically ranging from *** million to *** million. Administer highly complex corporate standard work. Key Responsibilities Lead cross-functional teams. Develop, mentor, and coach team resources. Engage, present, and communicate with senior leadership. Strategically plan and implement highly complex projects. Oversee highly complex project development. Develop, monitor, and implement processes and governance. Manage interactions with third parties (both internal and external). Develop and negotiate large contracts. Develop highly complex business cases and conduct due diligence. Perform other duties as assigned or necessary. Required Skills The selected candidate must have: Experience in major asset acquisition. Proficiency in contract development and negotiations. Familiarity with renewable energy technology. Strong business administration skills. Ability to lead cross-functional teams. Independent and strategic thinker. Proficient in strategic business planning, development, and implementation.
