We are seeking a driven individual who is eager to learn, contribute, and grow within a fast-paced hospitality-focused property organization. As part of Troon , you will contribute to a global leader in golf and community management. Compensation: $18.00 per hour General Purpose: Provides daily housekeeping, laundry, towel services, and general maintenance services for all aspects of the operation, including offices, public spaces, restroom facilities, grounds, and other areas as required. This is a seasonal (Position will last 6 months or less). Key Responsibilities: Performs general housekeeping and maintenance for all areas within the operation, including, but not limited to: electrical, mechanical, and structural aspects of the buildings and grounds Maintains cleanliness and appearance of the exterior of the facility, including, but not limited to: emptying trash cans, sweeping walkways, picking up litter, and arranging outdoor furniture Assures the maintenance of the tennis courts and swimming pool Maintains cleanliness and appearance of interior areas of the facility, including, but not limited to: emptying trash cans and ashtrays, sweeping, vacuuming, dusting, and arranging furniture Identifies when supplies are needed and reports to the supervisor Performs other duties as required Education/Experience: Less than high school education; or up to one month of related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience Physical Demands: Frequently uses hands and reaches with hands and arms Regularly climbs, balances, stoops, kneels, crouches, crawls, stands, walks, and sits Frequently lifts or carries up to 50 pounds Occasionally works in wet or humid conditions, near moving mechanical parts, and fumes or airborne particles Frequently works in outdoor weather conditionsNoise level is moderate Certificates/Licenses: No certifications or licenses are required Job Knowledge, Skill, and Ability Preferences: Ability to read and speak English may be required in order to perform the duties of the job (e.g., associates may be required to communicate with English-speaking customers or co-workers; equipment manuals may be in English) This job description is not an exclusive or exhaustive list of all job functions that an associate in this position may be asked to perform from time to time.
