Industrial Jr. Maintenance Technician
**Schedule: **5:45 AM to 6:15 PM
- 2-2-3 rotating schedule
Maintenance Tech's Pay/Benefits:
- $32/hour

Requirements:
- Strong troubleshooting skills, especially with 480V 3-phase electrical systems
- Experience with pumps, motors, banded conveyors, and mechanical systems
- Ability to work independently and support other technicians
- Must bring own metric tools (specialized tools provided)
- Comfortable with physical demands: standing, bending, lifting, confined spaces
- No formal education required, but trade school or industrial maintenance experience dealing with hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical, and electrical preferred
- Must be a team player with strong communication skills and a willingness to assist across departments
- No travel required
