Executive Chef 1

Sodexo Senior Living is seeking an  Executive Chef 1 to lead our culinary team for potential new business in the region of Peekskill, New York . This is an entry-level Executive Chef position and a great opportunity to grow your culinary career! About one hour from New York City, Peekskill is nature-focused and offers easy access to the Hudson River waterfront and parks. What You'll Do:

• have oversight of food production; 
• be hands-on with cooking;
• will train and mentor cooks;
• deliver high quality food service while maintaining client and resident relationships;
• ensure Sodexo Standards are met.

Minimum Education Requirement - Associate's Degree or equivalent experience
Minimum Management Experience - 2 years
Minimum Functional Experience – 1 year work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, mall food courts, etc.
