Key Responsibilities\n

• Design and implement individualized treatment plans to address specific client needs and recovery goals, employing evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Conduct therapy sessions, ensuring confidentiality and adherence to ethical standards while providing a supportive environment for clients to explore their feelings and experiences.

• Participate actively in weekly team conferences to discuss client progress, treatment strategies, and case management to enhance the continuity of care.

• Assess and analyze client information to determine appropriate diagnoses and treatment plans, as well as identify the necessity for referrals to other specialists or resources.

• Facilitate engaging group therapy sessions that encourage peer support and sharing of experiences, fostering a sense of community among participants.

• Utilize a coaching model and natural environment teaching skills to enhance client learning and facilitate recovery in real-world contexts.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related field is required.

• A current, valid, and unrestricted license as an LCSW in the state of Oregon.

• Willingness to engage in reflective practice and continuous learning through supervision and professional development opportunities.

• A minimum of three years of post-licensure experience in a clinical setting is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n
