We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Tree Climber/ bucket truck/ Lift operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for tree care and the ability to work at heights safely and efficiently. As a Tree care specialists you will be responsible for performing tree trimming, maintenance, and removal tasks while ensuring the highest standards of safety and quality. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and a commitment to providing exceptional service to our clients. We perform all types of tree removal. From healthy to hazard trees. The position requires being well experienced with roping, rigging, lowering of limbs and tree parts along with crane removal experience.
Our excavation side handles larger land clearing and ROW clearing. The residential/ commercial removal crew works hand and hand with excavation crew. We provide year round consistent work. A part of the year round work, will also include winter snow management and involvement with our excavation, clearing and landscape work.
Responsibilities
- Perform tree trimming, pruning, and removal using appropriate techniques and equipment.
- Operate bucket trucks, arbor lifts and rigging systems safely to access trees at various heights.
- Conduct thorough assessments of trees for health and safety issues, recommending necessary care or removal.
- Maintain equipment, including chainsaws and climbing gear, ensuring they are in good working condition.
- Willingness to work and join other tasks beside just climbing and bucket operating.
Experience
- Previous experience in tree care of 7 years
- Familiarity with tree trimming techniques and safe climbing practices is a must.
- Experience operating bucket trucks and Spider lifts is a must.
- Knowledge of lawn care practices and landscape maintenance is beneficial.
- A strong commitment to safety protocols and procedures in all aspects of work is essential.
- Snow removal experience is beneficial.
