Desired Qualifications & Experience:

• Active California Occupational Therapy license required
• Previous experience within a school setting strongly preferred
• Solid understanding of K-12 caseloads and related challenges
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary staff
• Approachable, organized, and adaptable approach to daily responsibilities

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct and consultative OT services to K-12 students at various school sites
• Assess students’ needs and develop individualized treatment plans
• Collaborate with teachers, special education teams, and families to support student progress
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of evaluations, goals, and therapy sessions
• Attend relevant meetings and provide input to student teams for IEP development
• Travel between schools within the local area as needed to fulfill caseload
