Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Active California Occupational Therapist license required
• Background of success in a school-based setting is essential
• Strong ability to work across diverse age groups (K-12) and adapt to varying student needs

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide evidence-based OT services to students, addressing fine motor, sensory, and self-care skills
• Develop and implement individualized plans in collaboration with teachers, special educators, and families
• Conduct assessments and maintain thorough documentation in compliance with state and district guidelines
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to educational planning for each student
• Travel between multiple sites as assigned, ensuring consistent, high-quality care
• Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices in school occupational therapy
