• Active SLPA license in California
• Prior experience in school-based or pediatric settings preferred
• Knowledge of speech and language therapy techniques for children

• Ability to develop rapport with students of diverse backgrounds and needs
• Excellent communication, documentation, and time management abilities

What You’ll Do:

• Implement speech and language therapy plans under the guidance of a certified Speech-Language Pathologist
• Provide direct intervention services to students in individual and group sessions
• Collect and record data on student progress, contributing to documentation and reports
• Assist with preparing materials and activities for therapy sessions
• Foster a supportive, inclusive atmosphere that encourages student participation
• Collaborate with the team to adapt interventions as needed based on student progress
