Customer Service Representative

Our client is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join their team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be part of the Customer Support team supporting proactive customer outreach initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a customer-first mindset, and the ability to follow established processes while identifying and escalating customer concerns when necessary.

Job Title: Customer Service Representative

Location: Itasca, IL

Pay Range: $25.00/hour

Shift: 8AM-5PM

What's the Job?

• Conduct outbound customer outreach calls following a provided script.

• Perform customer wellness and satisfaction checks to help ensure a positive customer experience.

• Verify account information and confirm customers are familiar with and connected to their assigned Account Manager.

• Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records.

• Identify customer concerns and escalate issues to the appropriate internal teams.

What's Needed?

• Previous customer service experience required.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Comfortable making outbound calls and engaging with customers.

• Excellent listening skills and attention to detail.

• Proficient with basic computer systems and data entry, with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to escalate issues appropriately.
