You have spent a significant part of your career on pharma work. Complex projects, demanding clients, and you're known in the DC/Baltimore/Fredericksburg market well enough that you do not need an introduction to the players in the MD pharma scene. They need someone to lead it. That means owning the relationships, driving business development, overseeing project delivery, and building a team around you over time. Every project, every client conversation, every hire is in the same world you have been working in for your entire career. For someone who has gone deep in this sector, that is a different kind of place to work.There are already a few people working in MD.
