What You’ll Do: Key Responsibilities Leading and overseeing daily bar operations with precision and care. Training, coaching, and inspiring bartenders to deliver top-notch service. Ensuring every guest enjoys an exceptional hospitality experience. Maintaining the quality, consistency, and presentation of all beverages. Managing and ordering liquor, wine, beer, and non-alcoholic beverage inventory. Preparing house-made syrups, batched cocktails, garnishes, and daily bar prep. Maintaining cleanliness, organization, and adherence to health department standards. Completing opening and closing procedures, including Manager-on-Duty responsibilities. Developing seasonal cocktails and maintaining beverage recipes and standards. Collaborating with the kitchen and front-of-house teams for seamless service. Fostering a positive, professional, and team-oriented work environment. What You Bring: Skills and Qualifications Experience : Minimum 2 years of experience in a craft cocktail bar (management or lead bartender experience preferred). Certifications : Current Texas TABC and Food Handler certifications. Knowledge : Strong understanding of classic and contemporary cocktails, spirits, wine, beer, and non-alcoholic beverages. Skills : Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational abilities. Expertise : Experience managing bar inventory, ordering, and cost control. Flexibility : Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. Physical Ability : Comfortable lifting up to 40 pounds and working in a fast-paced environment. Why Join Pharm Table?
