Associate Territory Manager - SCS At Boston Scientific Neuromodulation, you join a team focused on improving the lives of patients through technology and service. We are leaders in pain management solutions including spinal cord stimulation, radiofrequency ablation, and interspinous decompression spacers. About The Role You will be responsible for hunting new and competitive business within an assigned territory under the direction of a Territory Manager, collaborating on territory strategy, maintaining ownership of specific accounts, and serving as a point person when the Territory Manager is unavailable. You will participate in business activities such as forecasting, DPWs, and APAs, develop and utilize professional selling skills, use data/business tools to identify growth opportunities, build and sustain a diverse network of high‑level relationships (providers, payers, clinicians), and support TMs with contract and pricing discussions. Your Responsibilities Will Include Hunt for new/competitive business in assigned territory under the direction of a Territory Manager Collaborate with Territory Manager and Regional Business Director on territory strategy Have assigned ownership for specific accounts Serve as a point person when TM is unavailable Participate in business activities such as forecasting, DPWs, and APAs Develop and utilize professional selling skills Use data/business tools to identify growth opportunities in priority accounts Build and sustain a diverse network of high-level relationships (providers, payers, clinicians) Support TMs with contract and pricing discussions Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s degree 2 years’ work experience in a sales and/or clinical role or an equivalent combination of education and experience Preferred Qualifications Preferred 2 years as a Pain Stim CS Proven selling abilities and drive to be a Territory Manager Strong analytical, selling, and problem‑solving skills Demonstrates a strong technical and clinical aptitude to discuss and explain complex product information and complete extensive training programs Proven ability to challenge or change physician behavior Compensation The anticipated annualized base amount for this full-time position will be $65,000 , plus variable compensation governed by the Sales Incentive Compensation Plan.
