POSITION OVERVIEW

The Litigation Paralegal provides comprehensive support to attorneys throughout all stages of litigation, including pre-trial preparation, discovery, trial, and post-trial activities.

This role requires strong organization, professionalism, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Support attorneys throughout all stages of litigation.

• Conduct legal research and gather relevant case information.

• Draft and prepare pleadings, motions, subpoenas, and discovery requests/responses .

• Organize and maintain case files and ensure documents are accurately filed.

• Maintain case management databases and track deadlines.

• Assist with witness and evidence preparation for trial.

• Coordinate depositions, hearings, and court appearances.

• Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, court personnel, and expert witnesses.

• Summarize depositions, interrogatories, medical records, and testimony .

• Attend trials and provide on-site support to attorneys as needed.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING

• Minimum 5 years of Paralegal experience , specifically on the Plaintiff side .

• Ability to work full-time in-office .

• Demonstrated ability to independently manage a file with minimal oversight.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills.

• Ability to handle sensitive subject matter with discretion and empathy .

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
