OnSite Specialist - Philadelphia, PA

Field-based endoscopy specialist role supporting surgical teams at Stryker. Responsible for preparing and maintaining surgical equipment, troubleshooting technical issues, collaborating with clinical staff, and ensuring seamless operating room operations in the Philadelphia area.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, manage, and maintain surgical equipment and disposables for procedural readiness
• Support operating room teams during procedures by anticipating needs and managing equipment
• Troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues to minimize downtime and maintain reliability
• Maintain accurate documentation of procedures, equipment usage, and performance metrics
• Collaborate with surgeons, OR personnel, and clinical staff to deliver excellent service

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to work rotating schedules including on-call and weekend shifts
• Capacity to lift 50 lbs occasionally and 20 lbs frequently with extended standing and fine motor skills
• Strong problem-solving and independent decision-making abilities in high-pressure settings
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and excellent interpersonal communication skills
• Willingness to travel and cover other accounts as needed

Compensation: $23.74 - $32.12 USD Hourly
