Network Operations Specialist

Job Description A client/employer of Insight Global is searching for a Network Operations Specialist to support large‑scale retail network operations by monitoring, maintaining, and troubleshooting SD‑WAN, RF/Wi‑Fi, and telephony systems across domestic and international locations. This role is operationally focused and critical to ensuring reliable connectivity and a strong end‑user experience. Responsibilities Support Cisco SD‑WAN network connectivity and Cisco Call Manager telephony services Provide RF/Wi‑Fi network support across a large, distributed retail environment Proactively monitor network performance using monitoring and analytics tools Manage and resolve incidents in alignment with SLA requirements Deliver high‑quality customer support via phone, email, and ticketing systems Partner with field teams, carriers, and vendors to troubleshoot and resolve issues Perform routine system maintenance, upgrades, and support to ensure stability We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
