Heavy Industrial Machine Operator (Crane/Forklift)

This role is built for operators who take pride in precision and cleanliness while thriving on a rotating schedule. Your impact Maintain throughput by loading and unloading machines using forklifts, overhead cranes, and manual handling. Stage materials for processing to reduce downtime and keep lines moving. Carry out preventive maintenance tasks to support equipment reliability. Uphold 5S principles: clean, orderly workstations—every shift, every day. Support daily production goals through safe, consistent execution. What it takes to succeed Preferred background: 1–3 months of experience or related training; or an equivalent blend of education and experience. Willing and able to work rotating shifts (morning, afternoon, midnight). Physical stamina to bend, stoop, and stand 8 to 12 hours. Strength to regularly lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds. Comfort reading safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals; capable of writing routine reports and correspondence. Math competency across whole numbers, fractions, and decimals; able to calculate rate, ratio, and percentage. Accurate computer data-entry skills. Preferred skills: overhead crane operation, forklift operation, and micrometer use. Prepared to work in areas that may involve exposure to extreme heat.
