Key HolderThe Key Holder supports store management and their store team by delivering sales plans through effective execution of sales and operational tasks.Essential Duties And ResponsibilitiesConsistently achieves or exceeds monthly sales and KPI goalsActively develops new clients by finding new ways to enhance and develop businessMaintains client book (CRM) to standard and generates sales by appointments, consignment and daily correspondence and follow up with clientsEffectively captures client data for connecting with clients and building relationshipsCompletes outreach to connect with clients on a regular basisDemonstrates strong product knowledge and keeps updated on new St. John product, marketplace and fashion trendsUpholds all brand values and relationship valuesCommunicates and successfully promotes St. John promotional programs, marketing tools and events aimed at increasing businessFollows through and accomplishes multiple projects and store priorities in a timely mannerDemonstrates high degree of professionalism in communication, attitude and teamwork with customers, peers, and management teamDemonstrates proper etiquette when communicating (i.e. in-person, phone, e-mail, and written communication) and communicates effectively to develop and maintain professional relationships with co-workers and clientsActs as the manager on duty when scheduled, to support all business functionsEnsures accuracy of all POS proceduresUnderstands and performs all POS functions accurately, professionally and within Company guidelinesOpens and closes the store - performing all tasks to Company standard and complianceResolves client issues and requests in an efficient manner and with a sense of urgencyTakes on appropriate partnerships with Store and Field Management and other corporate partners as neededMaintain store, lunchroom, stockroom and bathroom to Company standard and compliance standardsDemonstrates high level of quality in work, attendance and appearanceActively contributes to non-selling activities and loss prevention initiativesActively participates in Monthly Touch BasesAttends all required Store MeetingsMaintains standards of store cleanliness and organizationAssists in execution and maintenance of visual merchandising standards consistent with the Company brand standards and directivesAssist in preparation, coordination and ensuring complete and accurate physical inventory per Company guidelinesAssists to ensure accuracy of Company in store promotions and merchandise markdownsAssists in maintaining efficient and accurate inventory control processes and back room operations to include stockroom organization and completing shipping/receivingAssists in maintaining compliance to all Company Policies & ProceduresAdditional Responsibilities:Demonstrates high degree of professionalism in communication, attitude and teamwork with customers, peers and managementDemonstrates high level of quality work, attendance and appearanceAdheres to all Company Policies & Procedures and Safety RegulationsAdheres to local, state and federal lawsAdditional responsibilities assigned by supervisor related to your position/departmentLess than 20% travel may be required as necessaryAbility to be flexible and willing to work extended hours when necessarySupervisory ResponsibilitiesThis position does not have supervisory responsibilitiesOrganizational RelationshipsInteracts with all levels throughout organization including customers, employees and outside vendorsMinimum QualificationsThe following are the minimum qualifications which an individual needs in order to successfully perform the duties and responsibilities of the position.Competencies:LeadershipMotivatorResults OrientatedCommunicationClient FocusTeamworkOptimisticHonest and IntegrityProfessionalismAdaptabilityEmbraces ChangeSolutions orientatedThoroughnessOrganizationEducation/Experience:• 2 - 5 years retail sales experience• Luxury experience preferred• Exemplary selling and clienteling skills• Computer skills: Word, Excel, Microsoft Outlook and POS systemsPhysical Demands:In general, the following physical demands are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
