You will assist active buyers throughout their property search by coordinating tours, showing homes, discussing property features, and helping clients better understand their options. Spending time in the field will help you develop stronger market knowledge, improve client communication, and become more comfortable guiding buyers through important real estate decisions.

You will also work alongside experienced real estate professionals and gain insight into the systems used to manage buyers from the initial conversation through a successful transaction. Coaching and practical experience will help you strengthen follow-up, understand buyer consultations, learn more about contracts and negotiations, and build productive habits for growing your business.

This role can become a pathway into additional areas of real estate as your skills and client experience develop. You can build toward representing your own buyers, generating new business, creating lasting client relationships, and pursuing future listing opportunities.
