Operations Manager: Field Ops & Team Leader

Operations Manager Prior field and leadership experience is required to manage and train crew members. The Operations Manager oversees the entire business and must know how to operate all equipment and machinery. Crew leaders are responsible for driving work vehicles and leading their designated crew. They must have some knowledge or experience in the field. Crew Member Prior experience is preferred; however, a drive to learn and work hard is acceptable. Administrative Assistant Responsibilities include performing a variety of administrative and clerical tasks, providing support to managers and employees, assisting with daily office needs, and managing TNT's general administrative activities.
