Senior Clinical Specialist
Abbott
Abbott seeks a Senior Clinical Specialist for its Electrophysiology business in Pennsylvania. The role involves providing advanced technical and clinical support on complex EP products to physicians and healthcare professionals, serving as a senior clinical interface between the medical community and the business.
Responsibilities
- Provide advanced engineering, sales, and clinical support on complex EP product inquiries
- Develop and lead training programs on EP products for healthcare professionals
- Identify and report customer needs and sales opportunities to sales leadership
- Mentor and provide leadership to less experienced clinical specialists
- Deliver procedural case coverage and back-up support to regional sales representatives
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
- Minimum 3 years of clinical experience in internal or external settings
- IBHRE EP certification
- Prior industry or competitive experience preferred
- Ability to independently perform and mentor others on complex EP cases
- Top performer status with demonstrated case completion metrics
