Construction Superintendent

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Construction Superintendent role located in Somerset, TX. The Construction Superintendent will oversee and coordinate daily operations at construction sites, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with safety regulations. Responsibilities include supervising site activities, managing subcontractors, monitoring project progress, ensuring adherence to safety protocols, and reporting to project managers on key developments. Qualifications Proficiency in Construction Site Management and Construction Safety Strong Organization Skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively Experience in Budgeting and managing project costs Solid Project Management skills, including scheduling, planning, and resource allocation Familiarity with construction codes and safety regulations Excellent leadership and communication skills Ability to work hands-on in a dynamic, on-site construction environment Prior experience in similar construction roles is preferred High school diploma or equivalent is required; a degree in Construction Management or a related field is an advantage Proficiency in project management tools and software is a plus #J-18808-Ljbffr AZTECA Designs and Construction
