Position Overview All US Offices – Labor & Employment Alternative Track Associate. This is a non‑partnership track position that may be resident in any of our US offices. The successful applicant must have state and federal Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) agency experience and a background in employment law. Responsibilities Draft agency position statements and support the related investigations of claims and mediations facilitated by agencies. Assist with marketing efforts, including law flashes, pitches and white papers. Provide support to the practice in other activities, including prior human resources experience if available. Qualifications Experience in a law firm practice. State and federal EEO agency experience. Background in employment law. Active member of the state bar in the state of the Morgan Lewis office for which you are applying. Prior human resources experience is preferred but not required. Compensation and Benefits For positions in CA, IL, MA, NJ, NY and Washington, DC, the salary wage range is $180,000 to $230,000. Final compensation will be determined during the interview process and may vary based on experience, expertise, current business needs and market factors. Compensation may also include a full range of medical, dental, vision, life, disability benefits; 401(k) eligibility; an annual discretionary bonus; and other benefits as listed. Eligible employees may receive up to 9 paid holidays per year, 2 personal days, up to 10 days of paid sick leave, up to 20 days of vacation, 5 days of bereavement leave, 12 weeks of paid parental leave, and 10 weeks of pregnancy disability leave. All employees will be in an at‑will position.
