Must have a desire to uphold restaurant policies and have the communications skills necessary to coach and lead disciplinary conversations. Able and willing to manage and create systems in the restaurant and lead by example with safety rules & clean work areas. Restaurant leaders on our team should be effective at high-level business meetings as well as ground-level service with guests and team.
