Commercial Construction Superintendent

Location: Multiple Locations. Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8-hour shifts | Overtime Possible. Compensation: Competitive – Based on Experience. Benefits: Health, Dental, Vision Insurance, Paid Time Off. Overview We’re seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Commercial Construction Superintendent to join our ever-growing team! In this role, you\'ll be responsible for managing all on-site aspects of commercial construction projects—from pre-construction through completion. You will coordinate subcontractors, manage schedules, enforce safety standards, and ensure all work meets quality and code requirements. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily operations on commercial construction job sites. Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, laborers, and deliveries. Maintain project timelines and ensure work aligns with drawings, specs, and local codes. Enforce site safety in compliance with OSHA and company standards. Communicate effectively with project managers, engineers, inspectors, and clients. Monitor and report on project progress, delays, and site conditions. Identify and resolve issues or conflicts quickly and professionally. Ensure proper documentation, including daily reports, inspection logs, and time records. Assist with scheduling inspections and managing change orders as needed. Requirements High school diploma or GED (required). 3+ years of experience in commercial construction supervision. Strong understanding of commercial building codes, scheduling, and construction methods. Ability to read and interpret blueprints, construction drawings, and technical documents. Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Proficient with digital reporting tools and scheduling software (preferred). Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
