HAVC Manager/ Commercial facility manager

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field. Proven experience in HVAC system management and commercial facility maintenance. Strong knowledge of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. Excellent leadership and team management skills. Ability to troubleshoot and resolve HVAC system issues effectively. Manage and supervise HVAC technicians and facility maintenance staff. Develop and implement maintenance procedures to ensure efficient operation of HVAC systems. Oversee the installation, repair, and maintenance of HVAC equipment. Monitor energy consumption and implement energy conservation measures. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe work environment. Coordinate with contractors and vendors for HVAC projects and services. Conduct regular inspections and audits of HVAC systems and facilities. Prepare budgets and manage expenses related to HVAC operations. #J-18808-Ljbffr
