Right of Way Specialist

$44 per hour

job summary:
Right of Way Specialist needed in Newton MA to join a leading Engineering and Construction firm. In this position you will work with a industry leading team in the utility construction industry. ideal candidates will have at least 3 years of relevant right of way experience.

location: Newton, Massachusetts

responsibilities:

Negotiate agreement for right of way easements on client's behalf.
Negotiate removal or establish license agreement for encroachments on client's transmission easements or fee right of way.
Desktop review and field verification of potential encroachments
Analyze, prepare, review and interpret Land and Right of Way related agreements, deeds, easements, leases, permits and licenses
Complete rights and restriction reviews

qualifications:

Experience level: Experienced
Minimum 3 years of experience
Education: Bachelors
