Position Overview

We are on the lookout for a talented and caring Sonography / Ultrasound Technologist to enhance our dynamic imaging team. Description of Responsibilities

• Carry out a diverse range of ultrasound examinations, which includes abdominal, obstetric, gynecological, vascular, and small parts imaging
• Ensure patient comfort and safety throughout procedures, delivering clear and compassionate explanations every step of the way
• Work in close collaboration with radiologists and referring physicians to deliver high-quality diagnostic images
• Operate, troubleshoot, and maintain imaging equipment while promptly reporting any issues
• Thoroughly document procedures and maintain patient records within the electronic medical system
• Stay updated with advancements in ultrasound imaging techniques and best practices

Education Requirements

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Diagnostic Medical Sonography or a related field
• Completion of a CAAHEP-accredited Sonography program is preferred

Certifications Required

• Current certification from the American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS) or equivalent
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification is preferred
