Customer Service Representative

Dynamic Media is the world's largest music-for-business reseller and has a growing base of recurring subscription customers with various billing and account maintenance needs to support. The position is a Customer Service Representative that handles inbound support calls (billing, account maintenance) and makes outbound calls to follow up on existing support tickets/tasks. Candidate must be based in the United States, preferably in the Eastern or Central Time Zones. Responsibilities and Duties Receive and manage incoming payments Regularly update the accounts receivable database Inform clients of their outstanding debts and deadlines Able to work independently and within a team Accurately update and monitor customer information Follow a monthly accounts receivable schedule making outbound calls for payment reminders Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction with various services we offer.
