• Practice Setting: Level 1 Pediatric Trauma Center
• ️ Hospital Size: ~298 beds
• EMR: Epic

⏰ Schedule & Coverage

• ‍⚕️ Care Team Model: 1 MD : 2 CRNAs
• ⚖️ Supervision: 50% medically directed / 50% solo
• Case Mix: ~800 cases/month
• Patient Mix: 60% sick / 40% healthy

Case Types & Responsibilities

• General Surgery, Orthopedics, GU, ENT & Dental cases
• Gradual exposure from simple to complex pediatric cases
• Opportunity to handle pediatric cardiac (Cath/EP) if experienced
• No liver or multivisceral transplants

Procedures Include:

• IV placement
• Regional anesthesia (preferred, not required)

Work Environment

• Cross-credentialing across multiple hospital sites
• Supportive team-based anesthesia model
• Opportunity to work alongside experienced clinical leadership

✅ Requirements

• ✔️ Board Certified (Required – no BE)
• ✔️ Active Florida License
• ✔️ Pediatric Fellowship Required
• ✔️ Minimum 2 years of experience (no new grads)
• ✔️ Certifications: ACLS, BLS, PALS

⚠️ Important Candidate Criteria

• Must be a Florida resident ONLY
• Cannot live within Broward, Palm Beach, or Dade counties
• No recent association with Envision (see restrictions)
