Commercial Account Manager

Competitive compensation: Base salary $60,000-$80,000 + uncapped commission Comprehensive benefits: Medical, dental, vision, life, disability, and HSA 401(k) with company match Generous PTO and sick time Career growth opportunities with a company that invests in its people Key Responsibilities Manage and grow existing customer accounts Develop new business within assigned territory Meet or exceed sales and profit goals Build long-term customer relationships Present new products and programs to customers Resolve customer issues and ensure excellent service Monitor sales trends and customer performance Work closely with inside sales, operations, and credit teams Maintain accurate customer and pricing information Communicate market pricing and competitive activity to management Qualifications 1-5 years of sales or account management experience Salesforce or CRM experience preferred Microsoft Office proficiency Strong customer service and relationship‑building skills Strong communication and organization skills Valid driver’s license required Fuel, lubricant, or industrial sales experience is a plus At RelaDyne, you’ll find more than just a job–you’ll discover a career with a company that values people, teamwork, and growth .
