UMass Memorial Health is seeking an Advanced Practice Provider to join the Synergy service in Uxbridge, MA. The role focuses on ambulatory consultation for patients with complex pain and addiction, in collaboration with primary care clinicians and other outpatient providers. The ideal candidate will have a Masters degree in a PA/NP program, MA licensure (or eligible) with national certification, and required DEA registration. #J-18808-Ljbffr ummh
