Capital Markets Associate – 2–6 PQE – Los Angeles A leading Am Law Global 100 firm is conducting a confidential search for a talented Capital Markets Associate (2–6 PQE) to join its Los Angeles office . This is an exciting opportunity to work within a nationally recognized and rapidly growing Capital Markets Practice Group. The Opportunity You’ll handle high-profile and cross-border capital markets transactions across a range of industries. The role involves representing both U.S. and international issuers and underwriters on IPOs, high-yield and investment-grade debt offerings, registered direct offerings, SPACs, REITs, PIPEs, and other sophisticated securities offerings. Ideal Candidate Profile 2–6 years of experience in capital markets and corporate transactional work Prior experience with public and private securities offerings, including SEC-registered transactions and Rule 144A/Regulation S offerings Excellent drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills Strong academic credentials Active California Bar membership or eligibility to waive in Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, client-focused environment Why Consider This Role?
