EMR: Epic

Compensation: $370/hr.

Schedule

Monday-Friday

Shift Hours: 7:00 AM-3:30 PM

30-Minute Lunch

Full-Time Coverage

No Call

Patient Population

All Ages

Primarily Patients Age 1 and Older

Occasionally Infants Under Age 1 for ENT Procedures

Clinical Responsibilities

Provide Anesthesia Services in an Ambulatory Surgery Center

Perform Own Anesthesia Cases

Provide Medical Direction to CRNAs

Provide Anesthesia for a Variety of Outpatient Surgical Specialties

No Cardiac Cases

No Obstetric Cases

Required Procedures / Skills

Orthopedic Anesthesia - Required

Regional Blocks - Required

Strong Block Experience Required Due to High Orthopedic Volume

Clinical Environment / Support

CRNA Support Available

Combination of Medical Direction and Personally Performed Cases

Outpatient Surgical Environment

Epic EMR

Requirements

Board Certified in Anesthesiology - Required

Board Eligible Candidates Will Not Be Accepted

Active Pennsylvania Medical License or IMLC LOQ - Required

Candidates Requiring Licensure May Be Considered

DEA Registration - Required

ACLS - Required

BLS - Required

PALS - Required

Minimum of 2 Years of Anesthesiology Experience - Preferred

Credentialing

Credentialing Timeframe: Approximately 60 Days
